Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing customer orders accurately using internal systems
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
  • Providing updates on orders, products, pricing, and account queries
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Supporting the wider customer service and administration team with day-to-day operations

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Positive and professional approach with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
