About the role
We are seeking full‑time mental health support workers to join our team in Nottingham. Mental health support workers work closely alongside individuals living with mental health to help them cope more easily with day‑to‑day life and provide them with vital support to achieve their goals. They encourage and support people with daily activities, provide physical and emotional care, and help the people we support to feel safe, secure, and well‑rested, ensuring they are prepared for the day ahead.
The service is based within Nottingham and is made up of self‑contained flats. We offer daily support to people with mental health conditions who may also have other needs, such as alcohol and drug misuse, mild learning disabilities, and ASD. The role may require assistance with some personal care.
Hours
Full‑time – 39 hours per week on a rolling rota on a 3‑weekly basis, working both days and nights.
Location
The services are located in Mansfield, Nottingham.
