Welfare-to-Work Employment Specialist

Connect2Halton is seeking an Employment Specialist to support residents in Widnes and Runcorn. In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of participants aged 16 and above, providing tailored employment support and guidance.

Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, organizing job search sessions, and collaborating with employers to identify job placements. A desire to make a positive impact through employment is essential.

This full-time position offers a pay rate of up to £16.08 per hour, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
