Home Instead is looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting older adults to remain happy and independent in their own homes.
Full-Time Hours
Guaranteed 30-hour contract
Set availability with a rolling 2-week rota:
- Week 1 – Early Shifts
- Week 2 – Evening Shifts
- Every Other Weekend Required
You will be helping our clients to remain in their homes and communities, promoting their independence and happiness, whilst building a meaningful relationship.
- Helping clients with daily routines (preparing meals, getting ready, medication, night time routines)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care needs
- Building trusting relationships with your clients’ families and other care professionals.

What We Offer:
- Up to £13.50 per hour
- Paid mileage
- City & Guilds Alzheimer’s Training
- Personal client matching and shadow calls
- Minimum one-hour call times for quality care
