Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to support leadership and client operations for our CleanBooks team—Integro’s bookkeeping and financial services division. This role is critical to keeping daily workflows running smoothly and ensuring clients receive a great experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism.
- Assist with client onboarding and document collection.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Perform data entry and general administrative tasks.
- Support billing and collections processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to the development and documentation of SOPs.
- Provide administrative assistance to the CleanBooks team as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience (Required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology.
