As a Production Operative, you’ll be working within a busy Manufacturing setting, operating & monitoring machinery to ensure smooth, efficient output & high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and running production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring equipment to achieve daily output targets
• Working at pace to meet production schedules
• Checking, measuring and recording product parametersDismantling scrap and unused materials
• Following strict health & safety procedures
• Positioning materials to reduce waste and cost
• Reporting faults, defects or issues for correction

What we’re looking for

• Previous machinery experience within a production or Manufacturing environment (essential)
• Confidence working in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to follow processes and maintain high attention to detail
• Experience working shift patterns such as Panama shifts
• A proactive and safety-conscious approach
