Production Operator

The Best Connection is working with our client who are a leading UK manufacturer of plastic bathroom products. Due to increased workload they now have a requirement for Production Operative to join their busy team.

The roles are being offered on an ongoing temporary basis with an opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.

Duties

• Working with liquid styrene to line moulds
• Loading and unloading products onto a continuous semi-automated production line
• Manual handling
• Labelling and packing

Candidate

• Previous production experience
• Complete manual handling work

Hours of work

• Working on a rotating 2 shift pattern Monday – Friday:
• Early shift: 06.00am – 14.00pm
• Late shift: 14.00pm – 22.00pm

Rates of pay

• Early shift: £14.40 per hour
• Late shift: £14.90 per hour
• Overtime is paid at time and a half
