- Salary: £28,598 per annum (pro rata for part‑time)
- Hours: 37 hours per week, flexible working options available

Your role
As a SEND Information, Advice and Support Worker, you will help parents, children and young people navigate SEND processes. You will provide clear, impartial information and advice, respond to a high volume of enquiries, and support families to understand their options and rights.
Key responsibilities
- Listen carefully to enquiries and explain options clearly.
- Provide accurate, impartial advice at pace.
- Ensure families feel supported and empowered.
- Maintain neutrality and impartiality in all interactions.
- Continuously learn about SEND law and practice; complete provided legal training.
Qualifications and skills
- Clear communication skills; ability to provide information quickly.
- Calm, thoughtful approach with empathy and accuracy.
- Team spirit and willingness to contribute to shared objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple complex enquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop through training.
