Hope Recovery Navigator – Outreach & Community Support

Recovery Focus in Sheffield is seeking a compassionate Hope Worker to support individuals affected by substance misuse. In this community-based role, you will provide practical help, conduct assessments, and engage with service users.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults and possess strong communication skills. A NVQ Level 3 qualification is required or must be willing to work towards it. The position offers a salary range of £25,877.80 – £34,240 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.
