CustomerServiceOperationsSupport – Main responsibilities

  • Supportingday-to-dayoperationsofthecustomerserviceteam,coordinatingassignments,andmaintaininghighservicequality.
  • ProvidinganadministrativesupporttoOrderManagementteam.
  • ResolvingissuesrelatingtoorderreceiptthroughtodeliveryforbothCustomersandSales.
  • Actingasakeypointofcontactbothinternallyandexternally.
  • Liaisinginternallywithotherstakeholders.
  • Buildingandmaintainingexcellentexternalcustomerrelationshipswithsomeofourlongeststandingretailpartners.
  • Developingandbuildingunderstandingofroboticordermanagementprocesses,includingexecutingandmonitoringroboticprocessestomeetbusinessneeds.
  • UsingSAPtomanagecustomerdata,trackorders,updateservicerequests,andorderprocessing.
  • Verifyingdataaccuracyandensurealltransactionsarerecordedproperlywithinthesystem.
  • Ensuringcompliancewithcompanypolicies,qualitystandards,anddataprotectionregulations.
