CustomerServiceOperationsSupport – Main responsibilities
- Supportingday-to-dayoperationsofthecustomerserviceteam,coordinatingassignments,andmaintaininghighservicequality.
- ProvidinganadministrativesupporttoOrderManagementteam.
- ResolvingissuesrelatingtoorderreceiptthroughtodeliveryforbothCustomersandSales.
- Actingasakeypointofcontactbothinternallyandexternally.
- Liaisinginternallywithotherstakeholders.
- Buildingandmaintainingexcellentexternalcustomerrelationshipswithsomeofourlongeststandingretailpartners.
- Developingandbuildingunderstandingofroboticordermanagementprocesses,includingexecutingandmonitoringroboticprocessestomeetbusinessneeds.
- UsingSAPtomanagecustomerdata,trackorders,updateservicerequests,andorderprocessing.
- Verifyingdataaccuracyandensurealltransactionsarerecordedproperlywithinthesystem.
- Ensuringcompliancewithcompanypolicies,qualitystandards,anddataprotectionregulations.
