Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for offshore and marine roles.
- Conduct qualification calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients.
- Learn client relationship management and understand recruitment needs.
- Use recruitment systems and databases to manage candidate pipelines.
- Stay up to date with market trends and industry insights within the Offshore Marine industry.
