Warehouse Operatives, Pickers and Packers

Baltic Recruitment is seeking warehouse operatives, pickers and packers for respected companies in and around the Scarborough area. No experience needed.

Duties

• Assembling parts in line with customer specifications.
• Operating press machines safely.
• Picking, packing, labelling and scanning finished products.
• Loading and unloading products while following safe manual handling guidelines.
• Checking quality of finished product.
• Maintaining good housekeeping in line with the ‘clean as you go’ policy.

Candidate

• Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by team leaders or supervisors.
• Understanding the importance of teamwork to achieve productivity standards.
• Awareness of the importance of customer service and satisfaction.
• Professional attitude with politeness and positivity.
• Problem solving skills.

Pay varies depending on shifts.
