Position: Customer Solutions Agent
Location: Kilmarnock (Hybrid)
Salary:£26,000 + up to £500 monthly bonus

- Hybrid working: 3 days in the Kilmarnock office, 2 days working from home (after 3 months)
- 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Thu shifts 8 am – 8 pm, Fri 9 am – 5 pm, and 1 in 3 Sat shifts 8 am – 2 pm)

Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of both inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries.
- Create strong and trustworthy relationships with customers.
- Navigate and update relevant systems with customer information.
- Work to achieve set KPIs, ensuring these are met on a weekly basis.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service experience.
- Experience working to meet set KPIs.
- Driven and confident individual, willing to learn new skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Available for Monday‑Friday and occasional Saturday shifts.
- Must be able to pass a credit check and disclosure check to be successful in this position.
