Location & Hours
Location: Hillingdon, West Drayton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND/SEMH needs
- Support secondary aged students both inside and outside the classroom
- Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored learning support
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Previous experience working with SEND and/or SEMH (school-based or similar setting preferred)
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
- Ability to work full-time during school hours
