Overview
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for luxury to join us as a Sales Consultant in our new store opening in Cotswold Designer Outlet Village. This is a part‑time opportunity, working eight hours per week on a fixed‑term contract, potentially extendable, ending 31 August 2026.
Responsibilities
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers. Using a personalised selling approach, you will oversee the customer journey from start to finish, including sensorial experiences such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also assist the team with store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and a confident, positive, can‑do attitude. You must maintain high grooming standards, have a passion for luxury, and champion our brand values. Teamwork, drive and motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs, and flexibility in working arrangements to meet business requirements are essential.
