We are looking for Production Operatives to join our expanding site in Buckingham.

Job Overview

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and right-first-time manufacturing of all batches scheduled on the daily plan. You will work closely with the Production Team Leaders to ensure all processes are followed accurately, maintaining a strong focus on food safety and health regulations.

What you will do

  • Follow the daily production plan to meet output targets.
  • Prepare each batch according to SOPs and seek support when needed to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure all raw materials are present and handled safely.
  • Maintain 100% allergen control and prevent cross-contamination.
  • Complete quality and traceability checks.
  • Coordinate the supply of raw materials and equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • Communicate effectively with your colleagues, including the Production Team Leaders.
  • Support new product launches and trials with the R&D team.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and support high-profile visits and audits.
  • Assist in training and induction of new team members.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Management teams to address non-conformances and improvement areas.
