Job Title: First Fix Plumber – Wet Room Adaptations

Location: M11 Area (Manchester)

Rate: £21 per hour

Package: Company Van & Fuel Card Provided

Duration: Ongoing Work

We are currently recruiting for an experienced First Fix Plumber to work on wet room adaptations within social housing properties across the M11 area.

Responsibilities

• Carry out first fix plumbing works as part of wet room installation projects, working within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Prepare pipework and plumbing systems ready for the installation of wet room equipment and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience carrying out first fix plumbing
• Experience with wet room or bathroom installations
• Experience working in social housing or domestic properties
• Full UK Driving Licence (company van provided)
