Salary and Working Conditions
- £13.45 – £14.90 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips, tronc and bonus
- Full‑time position
- Competitive rates of pay, plus tips, tronc and a 75p per hour guest experience bonus

About The Role
This role has been mixed, hydrated and stretched to perfection! We’re looking for both Pizzaiolos and Senior Pizzaiolos to join our kitchen team and work the Rudy’s way – the true Neapolitan way. Whether you’re an experienced pizza chef ready to lead by example or a skilled pizzaiolo looking to take the next step, you’ll play a key role in creating the perfect pizza every single time. Our pizzaiolos are the first ingredient in delivering the Rudy’s experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Neapolitan pizza experience is essential
- Passionate about authentic Neapolitan techniques and pizza
- Confident using pizza ovens in a fast‑paced kitchen
- Knowledge of dough management, fermentation and stretching
- Senior Pizzaiolos should be able to support and guide others in service
- Positive energy, team spirit and pride in your craft
