About the role
The Learning Support Assistant at Harry Watts Academy supports teaching autistic pupils aged five to sixteen. The role involves assisting with assessment, recording and reporting procedures, and providing classroom support under the teacher’s direction. It also requires responding to pupils’ social, emotional, and physical needs while maintaining high expectations of pupil achievement.

- Maintain high expectations of pupil achievement.
