Trainee Bus Driver – Mansfield

Training & Pay

Salary: £13.11 per hour during training (6–8 weeks). After 6 months, rate increases to £15.00 per hour. Annual earnings £30,420 following completion, based on 39 hours per week.

Location

Stagecoach Mansfield, Sutton Road, Mansfield NG18 5QH.

Responsibilities

• Complete industry leading training and obtain a PCV licence.
• Undertake ongoing CPC training and professional development as part of Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship.
• Operate the fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
• Ensure each customer has a great journey through top‑notch service.
• Create a welcoming environment, especially for those who rely on the service.
• Work flexible shifts: early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to learn and a genuine desire to make a positive difference.
• Full UK driving licence (PCV).
