• Job Type: Part‑time / Full‑time (36‑42 hrs/week) with part‑time options

Responsibilities

• Work full‑time hours averaging 36 to 42 hours per week, including 3 x 12‑hour day shifts from 8 am to 8 pm, or 6‑hour shifts (8 am‑2 pm and 2 pm‑8 pm).
• Day shifts with paid breaks; lunch provided on full‑day shifts.
• Use the app system to book extra shifts as needed.
• Provide high‑quality care in a small, family‑run home.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in adult health and social care.
• Prior senior‑level experience in a care setting.
• Level 2–5 qualifications accepted for all staff.

Experience

• Care home experience – 3 years (preferred).

Work Location & Authorisation

• Work in person.
• Preferential UK work authorisation.
