Support Worker
Salary: GBP13.00 to GBP13.50 per hour
Care Connection are recruiting experienced Support Workers to support our clients in the Wiltshire area.
This is a temporary, flexible role, you will be working across a variety of care settings, supporting our clients with staffing gaps.
Job Role
A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult’s health or social care environment. Responsibilities include supporting clients with daily living tasks or development of new skills, one‑to‑one work with adults or with other support workers or health professionals, and working in various settings (home, garden, community). The worker must follow the client’s support plan, ensuring safety, client communication, and adherence to any end‑of‑life instructions where relevant.
