Location & Salary

Location: Carmarthen and surrounding areas. Start Date: Immediate.

Salary: From £14.25 per hour; 1.5x & 2x pay on bank holidays. Shift patterns include Night Shifts, Long Days, Short Days.

Responsibilities

• Support amazing young people with additional learning needs (ALN) and behavioural needs in a safe, stable environment.
• Work closely with young people to maintain a positive culture and positive atmosphere.
• Provide support across overnight shifts, long days, or short flexible stints as required.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient approach with sense of humour
• Willingness to learn and adapt in the face of challenges
• Experience with children in the UK – essential
• Team spirit, emotional resilience, and great communication skills
