TraqCheck is a London-based HR tech startup redefining the way humans and technology work together through its innovative Human OS, an intelligence layer that connects people, data, and decisions in real time.
We’re replacing the broken economics of background screening and resourcing with AI. We need experienced SDRs to help create demand and turn that into closed revenue. Potentially an experienced SDR currently hitting quota but stuck in a slow track role.
- 2-4 + years of outbound B2B SAAS sales or lead generation experience, specifically targeting mid-market or enterprise-level accounts.
- High performer with consistent quota attainment
- High tolerance for rejection and a self-motivated, proactive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to confidently speak the language of C-level executives.
- Be curious about AI, ideally with experience using AI tools, automation, or data to work smarter and move faster.

- Base salary between £30 – 40K (depending on experience) with excellent additional OTE potential
