Business Development Manager – Innovative Medical Devices
Field-Based – North East (Sheffield – Newcastle)
A leading global organisation within the hearing care industry is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support continued growth and market expansion.
This role focuses on Account Management & Business Development, working closely with independent businesses to maximise sales opportunities and build long-term partnerships in an evolving and underserved market.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities
- Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Delivering product training and support to customers
- Planning and attending sales events and seminars
- Monitoring market trends and responding to changes
- Maintaining accurate reporting of weekly and monthly sales activity
- Staying up to date with product knowledge and industry developments
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role
- Sales qualification (or working towards)
- Exposure to Audiology or Hearing Care (desirable)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen
- OR a commercially-minded Audiologist/HAD looking for a new challenge
