Business Development Manager – Innovative Medical Devices

Field-Based – North East (Sheffield – Newcastle)

A leading global organisation within the hearing care industry is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support continued growth and market expansion.

This role focuses on Account Management & Business Development, working closely with independent businesses to maximise sales opportunities and build long-term partnerships in an evolving and underserved market.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities
  • Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Delivering product training and support to customers
  • Planning and attending sales events and seminars
  • Monitoring market trends and responding to changes
  • Maintaining accurate reporting of weekly and monthly sales activity
  • Staying up to date with product knowledge and industry developments

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role
  • Sales qualification (or working towards)
  • Exposure to Audiology or Hearing Care (desirable)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen
  • OR a commercially-minded Audiologist/HAD looking for a new challenge
