Location: Bristol

Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

Start: Immediate

An established home care provider, part of a recognised franchise group, is seeking a stand‑alone Registered Manager to lead and grow the service, which currently delivers around 700 care hours per week and is looking to expand its private client base. Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Run the home care service as the CQC Registered Manager
• Lead the operational team and drive day‑to‑day performance
• Grow the service through private client acquisition and business development
• Ensure full CQC compliance and high‑quality, person‑centred care
• Build relationships with families, professionals, and local stakeholders
• Manage rotas, recruitment, training, and quality assurance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary / home care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and safeguarding
• Confident, autonomous leader with business development mindset
