Groundwork Labourer – Growth & Training Path

Coinford Holdings Ltd is looking for reliable General Labourers to assist on sites across Hailsham. You’ll help tradespeople by managing materials, preparing sites, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. This role offers fair rates, ongoing work, and opportunities for further training and progression.

Ideal candidates have a CSCS Labourer card, strong understanding of construction tasks, and the right to work in the UK. Experience in construction labouring is desirable but not essential.
