The Role
Sales Development Representative – hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days office in Bath).
Responsibilities
- Prospect potential customers, primarily through cold calling and supported by LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Collaborate closely with the BDM team to maximise opportunities.
- Meet activity targets such as call time and calls made.
Qualifications
- Curiosity – naturally inquisitive and eager to learn.
- Listening – attentive to prospects’ needs, challenges and requirements.
- Over‑achievement – evidence of exceeding sales targets or personal goals.
Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary £25 K plus commission of up to 30 % of revenue generated.
- Potential to earn £6 k/month in commission for top performers.
