The Role

Sales Development Representative – hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days office in Bath).

Responsibilities

  • Prospect potential customers, primarily through cold calling and supported by LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with the BDM team to maximise opportunities.
  • Meet activity targets such as call time and calls made.

Qualifications

  • Curiosity – naturally inquisitive and eager to learn.
  • Listening – attentive to prospects’ needs, challenges and requirements.
  • Over‑achievement – evidence of exceeding sales targets or personal goals.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary £25 K plus commission of up to 30 % of revenue generated.
  • Potential to earn £6 k/month in commission for top performers.
  • Salary increases of £1 k every quarter when targets are hit for three consecutive months.
  • Opportunity to advance to a BDM role within 12 months; later, leadership or management roles are available.
