The role involves providing a safe, caring environment for young people, overseeing their care and supporting their development. You will assist in implementing care plans, managing challenging behaviours, and modeling pro-social behaviors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working with young people, and the ability to undergo an enhanced DBS check. The position offers a Secure Unit allowance and opportunities for Sunday and Bank Holiday enhancements.
