This position is for unqualified personnel. If you have a National Governing Body Instructing Certificate in any of our activities please apply via the Casual Instructor option. Outdoor summer work, set in the backdrop of Dinton Pastures and California Country Parks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the smooth running of the outdoor paddling pool, pay and play boat hire facility and activity programme.
- Support the delivery of family events.
- Assist with the operation of boat hire on the lake side at Dinton.
- Run the paddling pool at California.
- Check car parks and play areas to ensure high levels of customer care and health and safety standards during the busy summer season.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum age 16 years old.
- Unqualified personnel required; however a National Governing Body Instructing Certificate will be advantageous.
- Enhanced DBS Check.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites on which we operate.
Training and Development:
- Comprehensive training opportunities to accelerate personal development into a fully qualified outdoor sports instructor.
- Progression possible to assist with land activity sessions under supervision, and eventually run sessions for a variety of clients.
- On-site training will be provided.
