Weekend Concierge

Location: Stoke

Salary: £15,600 per annum (25 hours per week)

About the Role

• Ensure the premises are safe, secure and in good order.
• Support people with complex needs who have lost their home or have been rough sleeping.
• Maintain facilities, health and security of the centre, review CCTV, perform some cleaning duties.
• Work within the Association’s policies, procedures, values and culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a professional service.
• Work 25 hours over the weekend.

About You

• Experience working as a Concierge or a similar front‑line role.
• Organised and able to multitask.
• Knowledge of health and safety (COSH).
• Ability to move equipment and work physically within a building.
• Awareness of issues relating to vulnerable individuals and multiple disadvantages.
• Ability to demonstrate values and behaviours in a Christian ethos.
• Lived experience is welcomed but not essential.
