Salary: £31,000 + Paid Overtime

Contract: 40 hours per week, Paid Overtime

The Role

• Work as part of a professional brigade in a well-established kitchen
• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
• Support senior chefs and contribute to daily service
• Maintain consistency, quality, and cleanliness at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
• Background in fine dining, hotel, or private members’ club environments
• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
• A team player with a positive attitude
