As a Customer Service Representative at LoftSaver, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking advice and support on insulation and energy‑saving services. Your role is to deliver clear, honest communication and guide customers through their options, ensuring they feel supported from initial enquiry through to project completion.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. You’ll work closely with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handovers and consistent updates, contributing to the high standard of service LoftSaver is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web forms
  • Log customer details and job specifications accurately into the CRM system
  • Guide customers through service options including spray foam removal, mineral wool installation, and ventilation upgrades
  • Keep customers informed about job progress, installation dates, and next steps
  • Handle issues calmly and fairly, balancing customer satisfaction with company standards
  • Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless communication and handovers
  • Collect and report customer feedback to support service improvements
