Michael Page has partnered with a reputable construction business in Scunthorpe to hire a Customer Service Representative on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.
Description
As a Customer Service Representative you will support customers with their orders, handling enquiries from the initial enquiry through to aftercare, ensuring an exceptional service and a smooth ordering process.
Tasks include providing quotations, taking orders from customers and processing them into the system, and working with external parties and couriers to ensure orders are dispatched quickly and efficiently.
The role involves responding to a variety of queries over telephone and email, having consultative conversations, identifying further sales opportunities, and promoting suitable products and services to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous sales administration / order processing and customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills; confident over the telephone.
- A keen eye for detail and good organisation skills.
- Passionate about delivering the best level of customer care.
- Excellent team player.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to £35,000, dependent on experience, plus quarterly bonuses.
