We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands‑on Bank Support Workers to help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team and supporting a fantastic group of people.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care by helping individuals manage daily tasks
• Teach new life skills and support independence
• Encourage access to local communities and social activities
• Provide companionship through activities such as video games, films, cinema, and outings
• Support residents’ overall well‑being and participation in the community

Qualifications

• Passion for enhancing the quality of life of those you support
• Genuine caring attitude and desire to learn
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a friendly, changing environment
• No formal experience required, but a commitment to personal development is expected
