Barista Jobs – Events & Ongoing Work

We’re hiring experienced Baristas to join our hospitality team, working at major UK events and at ongoing café and venue locations throughout the week.

Barista Role Overview

As a Barista, you will work across:

• Large-scale sporting and racing events
• Corporate hospitality events
• Busy cafés and venue locations
• Ongoing weekday hospitality shifts

This is a flexible hospitality role suitable for experienced baristas looking for part-time, full-time, temporary, or seasonal work.

Shifts may range from 6-12 hours depending on the venue or event. Weekend availability is advantageous.

Barista Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality coffee using commercial espresso machines
• Serving customers quickly and professionally
• Operating tills and handling payments
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Supporting hospitality teams at events and venues

Barista Requirements

• Minimum 6 months barista experience preferred
• Confident using commercial coffee machines
• Knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Event or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.
