Food Production Operative

KPI Recruiting are proud to be supporting a prestigious client in Penrhyndeudraeth during an exciting period of growth and expansion. We are looking for motivated and reliable Food Production Operatives to join the team and help deliver high-quality products and outstanding customer service.

The hours and days as a Food Production Operative are:

• 4 on 4 off
• 07:00- 19:00

The rate of pay is:

• £13.70p/h with overtime at £17.70p/h

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a production line packaging cheese products safely and efficiently
• Packing:
  • Block cheese
  • Sliced cheese
  • Mini portions
  • Blended cheese
  • Pizza rope cheese
  • Retail and bulk grated cheese
• Ensuring products are packed to company quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production area
• Following health & safety and food safety procedures at all times
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

The Ideal Candidate

• A disciplined, self-motivated and professional attitude
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive approach
• Good understanding of English and basic numeracy skills
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy and efficiency
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar production or food manufacturing role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided

Contract Information
