Hours: 07:00 – 15:00, Monday to Friday

About the opportunity
Gap Personnel is recruiting for Food Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a respected seafood manufacturer based in Paignton.

Please note: As this is a seafood environment, there is a natural smell of crab in the factory. It’s not unpleasant, but candidates should be comfortable working in this setting.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, processing, and packing crab products on the production line
- Labelling and quality checking finished goods
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Assisting with general production and cleaning duties
What we’re looking for
- Previous food production experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
- Comfortable working in a seafood environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
