About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world‑class customer experiences for each and every customer. You will learn about our customers and combine the Art of Selling with comprehensive product knowledge to achieve sales targets and promote repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Create world‑class customer experiences.
• Understand and learn about customers, applying the Art of Selling.
• Achieve sales targets and build repeat customer visits.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure adequate stock levels and perform replenishment.
• Promote and champion the Harrods Rewards scheme and customer feedback surveys.
• Work autonomously while upholding Harrods policies.
