Overview

Senior Operations Assistant – Vacancy Reference: 200054. Salary: UofG Grade 3, £24,685 – £25,249 per annum with 15% shift allowance.

Role and Responsibilities

  • In this customer-facing role you will work within a team responding to member’s needs maintaining the excellent UofG facilities and equipment, maintain health, safety and presentation standards, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • This post is full time (35hrs per week) and open ended. The Senior Operations Assistant will work on a rotating 3-week schedule, including weekday/weekend. A flexible approach to hours of work is required, to best support the management of services, out with their normal working pattern.
