As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a central role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision‑making, and ensuring robust financial management across academic and operational areas. You will lead a small, capable team — including an experienced deputy and two Finance Business Partners — and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across the organisation. Provide high‑quality financial insight, challenge, and strategic support to academic and operational leaders. Lead and develop a team of three, ensuring strong performance and professional growth. Produce clear, insightful analysis using Agresso, Power BI, and Excel. Support long‑term financial planning and scenario modelling. Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting quality, and business partnering capability. Work closely with the Head of Academic Finance on strategic initiatives and organisational priorities.
Strong experience in management accounting or finance business partnering, ideally in a complex organisation. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate financial information clearly. Confident working with financial systems and data tools (Agresso experience highly desirable).
