Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Site Operative who takes pride in creating safe, clean and well‑maintained environments. This role supports the UK’s Armed Forces during training, ensuring our Training Estate facilities run smoothly, from cleaning accommodation blocks to maintaining grounds and buildings.
Responsibilities
- Maintain site cleanliness to ensure all areas are safe and fit for purpose.
- Clean offices, communal areas, accommodation blocks, ablutions and shower facilities.
- Carry out general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming.
- Support general building maintenance.
- Assist with basic grounds maintenance.
- Manage stock levels and supplies.
- Complete documentation using both IT and paper‑based systems.
- Support additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge.
- Understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to complete documentation accurately.
- Basic IT skills, including using a tablet.
- A valid UK driving licence (essential for rural location).
