Location: Site based, covering Dorset and Somerset region.

Work Hours: Monday‑Friday, 39 hours per week plus out of hours on call.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Joiner to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high‑quality repairs and replacement services within social housing tenanted properties.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Joinery background; joinery experience is essential. The works include the repairs of various UPVC doors, windows, kitchen repairs and installations, and general maintenance to ensure functionality.
• Social Housing experience is essential as you will be working in tenanted properties on general repairs and maintenance.
• Basic Plumbing, tiling & patch plastering, floor laying, mould and damp treatment is desirable.
• Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
• Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
• Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
• Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards.
• NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• The role will also require a DBS check to be completed.
