The Role
We’re looking for ambitious, driven Sales Representatives to join the Derry team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career within sales.
You’ll be speaking with businesses daily, generating opportunities, understanding customer needs and introducing solutions that genuinely add value. Whether you’re an experienced salesperson or someone with strong customer-facing experience looking to move into sales, this role offers fantastic training and development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with new and existing customers through inbound and outbound activity
- Building rapport and understanding customer needs
- Introducing products and services tailored to businesses
- Managing conversations from initial contact through to close
- Working towards targets and KPIs in a fast-paced sales environment
- Keeping CRM systems and internal records updated
- Supporting future opportunities through strong customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner
- Target-driven with a motivated attitude
- Positive, resilient and eager to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Someone looking for progression and long-term career opportunities
