Role OverviewPosition: Night Support WorkerLocation: Wolverhampton and Dudley areaHourly rate: £12.80 plusHours: 36 hours per week, minimum 3 shifts per weekShift times: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am (sometimes until 9:00 am)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor residents during overnight shifts, responding promptly to their needs
• Administer medication as required and maintain accurate records
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties to keep the facility hygienic
• Work independently (lone working) and maintain safe working practices
• Maintain accurate shift logs and report any incidents or concerns

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities or similar settings
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness/ability to drive between sites
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, motivated to support the wellbeing of young adults
• Reliable, punctual and able to commit to shift schedules
