What You’ll Do
- Work across all kitchen sections, preparing and serving high-quality food and drink.
- Support the Lead Chef in delivering our Campus food strategy.
- Collaborate with service and events teams to create experiences that wow.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, health & safety, and compliance.
- Drive innovation and keep up with the latest food trends.
- Champion a “One Team” culture and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: SCQF Level 6 or equivalent cookery qualification.
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role within large-scale, high-end catering or fast-casual outlets.
- Ability to work confidently across all kitchen sections (main kitchen, butchery, fish prep, patisserie).
- Strong communication skills and IT literacy.
- A passion for food, creativity, and delivering exceptional service.
