Enabling Support Worker at Treetops, Colchester.

Location and salary

Location: Treetops, Colchester. Salary: £12.80 per hour. Hours per week: 40.

Note: This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement to the person supported, following the person‑centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• Administer personal care and medication when required.
• Cover sleep sessions and receive an additional £60 per sleep in.
