Role Overview

We are looking for Female Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Westhill. The role involves supporting three independent women living in their own home, helping them with daily activities and personal care, and accompanying them to community facilities and person‑centred activities such as gardening, concerts, theatre, walks and craft sessions. Shift patterns include early, late, double and sleep‑over shifts. Flexibility is required to meet the ladies’ needs and the service’s operating hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide person‑centred support to the three independent women.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing and meal preparation.
  • Accompany the women to community facilities and activities in line with their personal preferences.
  • Work the required shift patterns (early, late, double, sleep‑over).
  • Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or incidents promptly.

Qualifications

  • Female candidate – genuine occupational requirement defined by the Equality Act 2010.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).
  • Reliable, motivated and passionate about providing care.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the organisation.
