We’re building LLM-powered workflow tools to support investment research for private market investors, used by leading private equity and consulting firms globally. This is a high-ownership backend engineering role focused on building and scaling systems that power an AI-driven research platform. You’ll work across backend systems, data pipelines, integrations, and internal infrastructure — partnering closely with product, commercial, and operations teams to automate workflows and improve decision-making.
Build data pipelines and internal platforms integrating product, CRM, and financial systems Example Projects Customer Health System: unify product usage, CRM, and feedback into actionable insights Billing Infrastructure: build systems for complex B2B pricing and automated invoicing Internal Data Platform: create reliable pipelines and APIs for reporting and operations
Based in London (or willing to relocate) Strong in Python or TypeScript Strong PostgreSQL and familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) Experience with AI/LLM workflows or internal platforms
