We are seeking dedicated Children’s Support Workers in Salisbury to support vulnerable children and young people in a residential care setting.
Salary – £13.85 per hour plus overtime and sleep in rate
Shifts – 2 on 4 off (two long shifts with a sleep in between)
Main Duties
- Providing day-to-day care and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and positive engagement
- Supporting with education and activities
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and professionals
Ideal Candidate
- Caring and reliable
- Able to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Experience working with young people desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence (Manual)
